Verified Reviewer |Terrible recipe change
Look, there's some things that customers will accept when it comes to changing recipes. Not this.
I've just had the wateriest most tasteless [PERSON_NAME] chili i've ever had. It was so bad that I couldn't even finish it. I though it might be a mistake, so I opened another can.
Same thing. Enjoy making less money I guess.
- If i could stomach it the price would be a pro
- Everything but the price now
User's recommendation: I don't have to recommend anything. One bite of this new tasteless chili will do more than I could ever say.

Verified ReviewerBone found in chilli
- Found a bone in chilli that chipped my tooth.
- I have liked your chilli and buy it a lot.
- I will not be buying your brand anymore.
I just found a bone by biting down in my chilli, it broke off a piece of my tooth...I have always like your guys chilli, i buy it a lot, and now to think i couldve swallowed bones (in the past or even today) is freaking me out. I take pride in my appearance, and now my tooth is chipped and it hurts bad, i will not be buying your brand anymore.
- No pros anymore
- Bones in food
Preferred solution: My tooth back....like honestly how can that be possible though, i want my money back for all the cans i bought this month alone....i couldve boughten multiple cans of the same batch
User's recommendation: Dont eat unless you want bones in your food.

Verified Reviewer |Poor quality
- The chili has more water and less beans and meat.
- White fat chunks and large clear fat chunks are present.
- Biting into fat is unpleasant.
I have noticed recently that the chili has more water, fewer beans and meat, and now has tons of little white fat chunks and some large clear fat chunks. It's very unpleasant when trying to eat it and bite into a fat piece.
- Cheap
- Poor quality
Preferred solution: Nalley to increase product quality

Verified Reviewer |Why did you change your recipe?
- Long-time Nalleys customer for 40 years.
- It was the best canned chili I've had.
- Now contains wheat, so I can't eat it; flavor seems watered down.
I have been eating nalleys my whole life, so over 40 years. It's the best canned chili I have ever had.
I have become celiac in the last 5 years and didn't realize you put wheat in your chili (you used to not). I cannot eat my favorite chili anymore.
It makes me sad. I do agree you have watered down the taste.
- Are inexpensive and good quality
- Cut corners to save money by using wheat flour and watering down the chili
Preferred solution: I would like you to go back to making the chili w/o wheat flour. I literally havev2 to 5 cans always in my pantry
User's recommendation: Check labels i am usually really good about it.

Verified Reviewer |Roasted garlic dip
I was told I can't, but not anymore. Too bad it's the only dip I buy. I live in Vernon, B.C., and that sucks you stopped making it.
- Good products
Preferred solution: would like to know if they are going start making this product, was told they discontinue
Price fluctuations
Ive seen their chili go from 1.39 to 2.39 and back under 1.50. It tells me youre just playing the pricing game. Why not just make a fair profit and go on.

Verified ReviewerWatery chili
- The can was very watery.
- If this happens to others, your brand will be mud.
- Recommendation to Nalley: fix your quality control.
The can was very watery. I think you could almost swim it if you opened enough cans. This is a first.
If this happens others, your brand will be mud.
Recommendation to Nalley Fix your quality control

User's recommendation: Recommendation to Nalley Fix your quality control
Quality is now crap
- Nalley chili is thin and watered down with little meat, plus fatty, gristly chunks.
- Dip is watery with very little cheese and bacon.
I used to love Nalley chilli and their Cheese and Bacon dip. Now i find the chilly is thin and watered down and little meat (and fatty and gristly chunks); and the dip is watery and very little cheese and bacon in it. Really gone downhill.
User's recommendation: try another manufacturer

Verified ReviewerI have purchased Nalleys chili for years, Yesterday I bought the large can of Nalleys thick Chili, it was not thick but very watery with almost no beans or hamburger
They are trying to save money by elmilating some of the beans and hamburger. and when you pay extra for thick chili you should get it or a refund
User's recommendation: But a different brand if this happens to them

Verified ReviewerProduct complaint
- Previously loved the Turkey Chili, but not lately.
- Recent cans look pale and taste bland with no spice.
For years weve bought your Turkey Chili and loved it. Now, not so much.
Did you change the recipe? The last two cans contents have looked very pale and tasteless. No spice at all.
What happened? I hope this is not permanent because youre the only brand who makes this.
User's recommendation: Stick o the regular chili because Turkey Chili is not the same.

Verified ReviewerFound a big piece of rubber in it.
Opened a can of Nally chili from a case we purchased. I found a chunk of rubber in it after choking on it. We have a case left and nobody wants to eat any of it.
User's recommendation: Wouldn't recommend very watery and foreign objects are found in can .

Verified ReviewerWatery Chili
The new recipe for Nalley Chile that they have changed to is EXTREMELY watery. It has changed dramatically.
Its more like Chile soup than chili. I have purchased a couple more cans thinking it was a fluke or bad batch, they are all the same. Now I have 7 cans that are terrible.
This is like Coca-Cola all over again, dont change the formula when it was perfect. When can we expect to get Nalley Chili Classic with the old formula?
Preferred solution: Change the chili recipe back to the original
User's recommendation: Stay away till they fix it.

Eve been eating your pickles for years and now nothing else even compares to Nalleys brand. All contact I've had with your company has been great, professional, and understanding.
